Management's Message

We are a family-owned company fueled by a passion for interior decoration that has spanned four generations. Our story began in 1932 as a home textile manufacturer. Since then, thousands of individuals have worked around our looms, weaving their unique ideas and projects. Today, we can encapsulate this story in two core concepts: innovation and creativity.

Vanelli manufactures home textiles and accessories for both commercial and residential interiors. We provide our customers with premium-quality fabrics, setting the industry benchmark for interior textiles in residential and contract spaces. We offer an extensive variety of woven fabrics—including plains, textures, and jacquards— alongside printed fabrics available in both narrow and wide widths.

These are meticulously designed for use in drapery, sheers, semisheers, upholstery, and dual-purpose fabrics. Our functional textile range includes blackout and dimout curtains, acoustic fabrics, and outdoor textiles. Vanelli fabrics seamlessly meet customer demands for the ultimate phase in interior textiles, incorporating the latest concepts and technical specifications.

About The Report

Vanelli Tekstil has published its 3rd Sustainability Report, covering its activities at the Bursa OSB production facilities between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Prepared annually with an integrated perspective, this report highlights the company's Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), and financial performance, as well as its contributions to the UN Global Compact (UNGC) principles and Sustainable Development Goals. The report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards "Core" option.
