SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

As Vanelli Tekstil, we are pleased to share with you our sustainability report prepared with a transparent perspective. In this report, I would like to detail the progress we have made and the strategies we have implemented in environmental, social, managerial and financial areas throughout 2023, while clearly addressing the challenges we face along with our future goals.

2023 was a challenging year for all of us. Global economic volatility, inflation and supply chain challenges added to the pressure. As financial growth slowed, we continued to invest in our sustainability initiatives and remained unwavering in our commitment to always do what is best for all our stakeholders and the environment. Every challenge we have faced has taught us important lessons. We have made significant progress in managing our resources more efficiently, controlling raw material purchases and inventory management, and transitioning to lean production.

Our investments in R&D and innovation have been reciprocated by our customers, and we are proud to see this innovative approach come to fruition. Once again, Vanelli proved that it is a company that is both creative and respectful to the environment and responsible production. We continued our efforts in line with our goals of saving energy use and reducing carbon emissions. Thanks to our teams focusing on carbon reduction and sustainability issues among our different departments, we increased our company awareness and started to transfer this awareness to our stakeholders in our supply chain. In addition, we continue our digitalization efforts for supply chain transparency, which we started in 2022. As Vanelli Tekstil, we know that we have a long way to go in the field of sustainability, and we will never be satisfied with the current situation and will continue to work to achieve better.

While we are developing, the world is becoming more informed and deeper in this process and as a company, we try to follow these developments closely. We have full confidence in our team and our products, and our commitment to future growth and development is stronger than ever.
