Our expertise covers all processes - from yarn dyeing and preparation, weaving, piece dyeing, finishing, pleating, and digital and screen printing to readymade products. Our wide range of services allows us to offer a diverse range of products on a global scale – from residential living spaces to contract projects.

Thanks to the complete internalization of all processes within Vanelli, we have an integrated structure that works flawlessly from design to the final product and is subject to continuous development. At Vanelli, we use different technologies in three production lines - dobby and jacquard fabrics, relative dyes and finishes, and printed fabrics - which provide high quality and efficiency for that particular line.

With over 170 looms, we can produce large volumes faster, and simultaneously, we can manufacture small volumes giving life to our designs. This ability to adapt to external changes and demands grants us our unique edge and the ability to provide excellence and responsiveness in the market.

Because we’re flexible, we’ve made it our business to offer a range of modern, multi-faceted services and capabilities. Thereby making us appealing to editors, wholesalers, end-user clients, furniture designers and manufacturers alike.

Yarn Preparation

We have a capacity of 175000 kg/month with 10 yarn dyeing machines. We are capable of dyeing in capacities from 2 kg through 400 kg. with state-of-the-art Bellini brand dyeing machines. Our operation is able to dye cotton, linen, polyester, fr polyester,acrylic and their blends. Dyeing processes are managed by cutting edge automation systems and all chemicals and dyes are dosed into dyeing machines automatically.

We Weave

In our weaving mill we are processing the yarn to the completed fabric.VANELLI now has one of the most advanced factories in the world using high-tech weaving machinery and computerized technology, with capacity of weaving 400.000m with 162 looms.

We Spin&Dye

At vanelli we excel in textile design and we're experts in color. And we have an unrivalled breadth of manufacturing competencies going from yarn to fabric . We love what we do, creating interior experiences through textiles. With the help of creating our own yarns and colors we have a wide range and exclusive yarn library of vanelli.

The Yarn Preperation

Yarn twisting and fancy yarn production.As a yarn producer we have a great talent to make our yarns to have unique look and a widse range of yarn library.We are able to create different types of yarn inhouse which gives us a great flexibility in creation. With a capacity of 120 tons/month for soft winding and final transfer. Our yarn transfer machines are of SSM brand and winding conditions are monitored digital.We have yarn twisting ,air texturised,capacitiy of 150 tons/month.

We Print

Whatever the material – our world class equipment can deliver the sharpest print quality available today. Be it natural or synthetic, a long or short production run, several thousand metres, or a modest print run – vanelli has the flexibility, machinery and capacity to fulfil every conceivable order.

We have a monthly printing capacity of 200.000 to 250.000 mt with film-druck 2 Buser brand wide printing machinery. Our operation is able to implement devore (burn-out), dipers pigment, reactive and foil printing and with a diversity of techniques and digital printing on polyester for wide and narrow width fabrics. Our digitilazition continues with digital pigment printing and 5 transfer sublimation printing on mixed grounds in 330 cm to 150 cm fabrics and 5 transfer printing wıth a capacity of of 100.000 mt per month.As a weaver company we have the range of printing grounds from lightweight fabrics to heavy drapery to upholstery with a range of, dobby and jaquard frabrics cottons, linens, polyester and fr and trevira cs and recyled fabrics.

We Finish

We have a capacity of 2.000.000 mts per month for finishing fabrics of any nature from 150 cms to 340 cms. In addition to these machines, we are capable of finishing all types of fabrics in our body with Küsters wide width fabric washing machineries.

With our advance machinery we can do several different finishes such as; cutting, brushing, coating, hot ironing, calendar, sanforising, crash, biancalani staonewashand plisee. Apart from these finishes we can apply flame retardant, antimicrobial and oil and stain reppelant finishes and other technical finishes as well.

We Test

Vanelli has laboratory serving innovators in the soft furnishing decorative fabric industry. Its analytical techniques, rigorous testing methods and commitment to the highest international standards are aimed at achieving excellence in textile analysing.
